This Notice is issued to do a good job in the supply of agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides during the prevention and control of the epidemic situation and strengthen the agricultural production in spring farming season.
The Notice requests the relevant competent authorities to quickly investigate situation on the resumption of production of key agricultural input enterprises, solve the problems of equipment, labor, raw and auxiliary materials, transportation, promote the resumption production thereof, and implement support policies such as re-loan and interest discount, tax reduction and exemption.
