Abstract
This Notice implements articles 73 and 74 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution.
The Notice prescribes fines to be paid by entities which use water pollutant treatment facilities abnormally or discharge water pollutants beyond the state or local standards or exceed the total allowed discharge volume of major water pollutants. Fines shall be calculated based on the amount of pollutant discharge fees.
