Local governments, especially municipal governments, shall be responsible for the supply of vegetables, meat, egg, milk, and aquatic products in their jurisdictions, and coordinate overall production development, production and marketing integration, circulation and transportation, market regulation, quality safety, etc. The logistics channels of agricultural production materials shall be unblocked, and the transport vehicles of agricultural production inputs such as vegetable seedlings, aquatic seedlings, feeds, fertilizers, etc. shall not be blocked. The local finance may appropriately grant subsidies to the carriers and vehicle owners.
The other measures proposed in the Notice include: 1.Strengthen the monitoring and early warning, improve the emergency plan, and do a good job in coordination and transportation; 2.Actively guide large-scale business entities, such as large-scale farmers and cooperatives, to carry out mutual cooperation and harvest at different times, so as to solve the problem of vegetable production labor; 3. Strengthen the classified management of the live poultry trading markets; 4. Accelerate the implementation of credit support policies; etc.
