Notice on the training and certifications of fishery crew members during the prevention and control of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic.

This Notice is issued by the Fishery Administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs to further improve the training, examination and certification of fishery seafarers, and promote the orderly resumption of fisheries production.
At present, local governments are actively taking measures to vigorously promote the resumption of fishing. However, the problems of lacking crew with certificates are more prominent. The Notice calls on broadening training channels, carrying out online training for fishing crew, innovating examination methods, and improving the efficiency of handling fishing crew certificates.
