In the spirit of mutual understanding, both Parties are committed to developing and strengthening cooperation in the following areas:   (1) Information exchange and analysis on the dynamics of the world oil market and the maintenance of the stability of the oil market;   (2) Strengthen cooperation to promote dialogue between energy-producing and consumer countries in all aspects, and update relevant mechanisms including the International Energy Forum to maintain the stability of the energy market and ensure the development and prosperity of the world economy; etc
