Protocol of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperation (MOAC) of the Kingdom of Thailand on phytosanitary requirements for import and export of fresh vegetables.

Abstract
Both Parties agreed to communicate information through expert working group designated by AQSIQ and MOAC, informing the laws, regulations, standards relevant to the import and export of vegetables and occurrences of pests in a timely manner. Exported vegetables shall be from the bases and the packaging workshops filed with the government, so as to ensure that they meet the importing country’s requirements based on the international standards. The vegetables for export shall be accompanied by a plant quarantine certificate. Pesticide residues shall not exceed the requirements in the importing country’s standards formulated with reference to the CODEX standards.
