Protocol of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperation (MOAC) of the Kingdom of Thailand on sanitary requirements for import and export of cooked poultry meat.

Abstract
The two Parties shall be responsible for the inspection and quarantine of cooked poultry meat exporting to each other, and the issuance of sanitary certificates. Both Parties shall be responsible for providing to each other the slaughtering and processing plant list which meet the two countries’ requirements of the export of cooked poultry meat (art.2). Article 4 provides the requirements for the export of cooked poultry meat to be complied with. The residue of veterinary drugs, chemicals, heavy metals and other toxic and harmful substances in cooked poultry meat for export shall be less than limit provided for in standards of the two countries and Codex standards. Poultry meat for export shall come from poultry farms, slaughterhouses and cooked poultry processing plants which have already established product traceability system.
