Abstract
These Provisions are formulated to thoroughly implement the Coast Guard Law and standardize the administrative law enforcement procedures of the Coast Guard.
The Provisions consist 281 Articles divided into 16 Chapters, including: General provisions; Jurisdiction; Recusation; Time periods and delivery; On-site supervision and inspection; Case filing; Investigation and evidence collection; Hearing procedures; Administrative handling decisions, etc. The Document covers all areas of maritime administrative law enforcement and is the basic norm for the Coast Guard Agencies to carry out administrative law enforcement work.
