Abstract
These Provisions are enacted to implement the Law of the People's Republic of China on Tobacco Monopoly. The Provisions consist of 20 Articles.
Those who purchase tobacco without authorization shall be punished as stipulated in Article 7. Article 8-11 make Provisions for offences and penalties for tobacco consignment and consignment, production, internal and international trade without permissions.
