Provisions on the Demanding of Certificates and Invoices as well as Ledgers Management by Health Food Production and Operation Enterprises.

These Provisions, are enacted according to the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations for the Implementation thereof, the Decision of the State Council on Strengthening Food Safety, the Special Rules of the State Council on Strengthening the Supervision and Management of the Safety of Food, aiming to regulate health food production and operation activities, ensure the quality of products, and make sure that products can be traced back. The Measures consist of 19 Articles.
Production and operation enterprises shall establish the rules for the demanding of certificates and invoices and the purchase check and inspection record, ask for and examine the documentary evidences for the supplier qualification and relevant product quality and safety, keep copies of relevant certificates and invoices for record and future check, and meanwhile strengthen the ledgers management and record purchase and sales information truthfully.
