Provisions on the Food Safety Responsibility System for the Local Communist Party and Government Leading Cadres.

These Provisions aim to further implement the requirements of the same responsibility of the Communist Party and the government for food safety, strengthen the territorial management responsibility of food safety, and improve the responsibility system for food safety work.
Food safety referred to in these Provisions includes the quality and safety of edible agricultural products.
The Provisions consists of 22 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions; Responsibilities; Review, Assessment and Supervision; Rewards and Punishments; Supplementary Provisions.
