Provisions on functional allocation, internal organization and staffing of State Forestry Administration.

These Provisions provide for the establishment of the State Forestry Administration.
The main responsibilities of the State Forestry Administration include: (1) to study and formulate policies and guidelines for forest ecological environment construction, forest resource protection and land greening, organize the drafting of relevant laws and regulations and supervise the implementation. （2） To formulate the national forestry development strategy, medium and long-term development plan and organize the implementation; to manage the forestry funds at the central level; to supervise the management and use of the national forestry funds; etc.
