The Provisions state that no organization or individual is allowed to release wild animals at will, and the release of wild animals should choose local species suitable for wild survival in the release area. They should not interfere with the normal life and production of residents, and should not cause personal or property damage to others or endanger the ecosystem.
The Provisions further set specific penalties for the illegal release of overseas wildlife species, the arbitrary release of domestic wildlife that may or has already caused serious consequences, and the release of domestic wildlife in other places outside the designated release areas.
