Abstract
These Regulations are formulated to prevent and mitigate earthquake and volcanic disasters, protect the safety of people's lives and property, and promote economic construction and social development.
The Provisions consist of 23 Articles.
The provincial people's government and the earthquake work supervisory departments of coastal cities, counties, and autonomous counties should strengthen the monitoring of earthquakes and volcanoes in the sea area, timely report the situation of earthquake monitoring in the sea area and improve the ability of earthquake and tsunami monitoring and early warning.
