Provisions on Hygiene Administrative Licensing at the Provincial Level for Products Related to Drinking Water Hygiene and Safety.

These Provisions are formulated to ensure the openness, fairness, and impartiality of the hygiene administrative licensing work for products related to drinking water hygiene and safety.
The provincial health administrative department is responsible for the hygiene administrative licensing of water related products at the provincial level. The comprehensive supervision and law enforcement agency designated by the provincial health administrative department is responsible for the production site review of provincial-level administrative licenses for products related to drinking water hygiene and safety. Provincial health administrative departments shall publicize to the society the requirements, application procedures, and work time limits for applying for provincial water related product health administrative licenses, and provide consulting services related to the application work.
