Provisions on the management of automatic monitoring data application of domestic waste incineration power plants.

These Provisions are enacted to standardize the use of automatic monitoring data of domestic waste incineration power plant, promote the standard discharge of domestic waste incineration power plant, and investigate and deal with environmental violations according to law.
The local competent department of ecological environment at or above the level of a city shall include waste incineration plants in the list of key pollutant discharge units. Waste incineration plants shall install and use automatic monitoring equipment in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and standards, and connect with monitoring equipment of the competent department of ecological environment. The automatic monitoring data can be used as the evidence to judge whether there is environmental illegal behavior in the waste incineration plant.
