Provisions of Ningxia on the administration of pre-packaged food production date and other labeling items.

These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.
The date of production of prepackaged food must be marked by code, embossing or other scientific methods. The color of the label shall not be similar or identical to the background color of the label or packaging. The Provisions also make requirements to be satisfied by the imported food in sub-packing.
