Provisions on Port Operation and Management.

These Provisions are enacted in accordance with the Law on Ports, aiming to regulate the operation of ports and maintain the operational order of ports.
The Provisions consist of 6 Chapters: General provisions; Qualification management; Operation and management; Supervision and inspection; Legal liabilities; Supplementary provisions. In order to engage in port operations, a port operation license should be obtained.
