Abstract
The purpose of these Provisions is to protect, develop and utilize wild plant resources reasonably, protect the biodiversity and maintain the ecological balance.
The Provisions are divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Protection of Wild Plants (II); Collection of Wild Plants (III); Wild Plant Management (IV); Legal Responsibilities (IV); Supplementary Provisions (V).
The Chapter I lays down the general principles of protection and administration of wild plants. Chapter II provides for the protection of species of wild plants which are rare or near extinction, protection. The remaining Chapters concerns collection and rational use of wild plant resources, maintaining ecological balances, offences and penalties.
