Abstract
These Qualification Accreditation Conditions are formulated in order to strengthen the administration of food inspection institutions.
According to the Food Safety Law, food inspection institutions shall perform food testing only after they have been accredited in accordance with relevant State requirements on certification and accreditation, unless otherwise specified in other laws. The Qualification Accreditation Conditions specify the requirements to be satisfied by the inspection institutions for the organization, management system, inspection capacity, personnel, environment and facilities, equipment and standard materials.
