Regulations of the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture on the administration of wild traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, fungi resources protection.

These Regulations are enacted in order to protect, develop and rationally utilize plant resources of wild Chinese medicinal herbs and fungi, protect and improve the ecological environment, and promote the development of social economy. The Regulations contain 16 Articles.
In order to collect plant resources of wild herbs and fungus, units or individuals must apply for the permits and pay compensation fees.
