Abstract
These Regulations are enacted for the purpose of strengthening the administration of city appearance and environmental sanitation, creating a clean and beautiful urban work and living environment. The Regulations include 5 Chapters: General Provisions; Management of City Appearance; Management of City Environmental Sanitation; Penalties; Supplementary Provisions.
The environmental sanitation facilities in cities shall conform to the urban environmental sanitation standards set by the state. The excrement of a public toilet shall be discharged into a septic tank or urban sewage system. Urban domestic waste shall be collected, transported and disposed of in categories step by step
