Regulations of the Beijing Municipality on Digital Economy Promotion.

These Regulations are formulated to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure, cultivate a market for data elements, promote digital industrialization and industrial digitization, improve digital economic governance, promote digital economic development, and build a benchmark city for the global digital economy. The activities related to the promotion of the digital economy within the administrative area of this city shall be governed by the Regulations.
The Regulations consist of 9 Chapters: 1. General Provisions; 2. Digital Infrastructure; 3. Data Resources; 4. Digital Industrialization; 5. Industry Digitalization; 6 Smart City Construction; 7. Digital Economy Security; 8. Guarantee Measures; 9. Supplementary Provisions.
The agricultural and rural departments should work together with relevant departments to promote the digital transformation of agricultural and rural infrastructure and the construction of information network infrastructure, promote the use of the Internet of Things, remote sensing monitoring, blockchain, and artificial intelligence, improve the digital level of agricultural product production, processing, sales, logistics, as well as rural public services and rural governance, and promote the innovative development of digital countryside and smart agriculture. Support the development of the Internet in industries such as agriculture, manufacturing, construction, energy, finance, healthcare, and education, promote the digital transformation and upgrading of industries, support the integration of innovative services such as process collaboration, online design, online marketing, and supply chain finance on industrial Internet platforms.
