Regulations of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on the administration of waterway transportation.

These Regulations, consisting of 33 Articles, are enacted to regulate the operation of water transportation, maintain the order of the water transportation market, and ensure the safety of water transportation.
Water transport operators shall abide by laws and regulations on environmental pollution prevention and control, protect the environment of waters, establish and improve garbage management and sewage treatment systems of vessels, set up sewage, garbage treatment or collection facilities for vessels in accordance with relevant regulations, and shall not discharge or dump wastes or pollutants into water bodies.
