Regulations of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park.

These Regulations are enacted to ensure and promote the development of China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park, play its role of demonstration and guidance in serving the "Belt and Road" construction and promoting China-ASEAN cooperation. The Regulations consist of 8 Chapters: General provisions; Governance structure; Management Powers; Development of sectors; Openness and innovation; Public services and social governance; Legal liability; Supplementary provisions.
The industrial park should reasonably arrange land for development, scientifically control the intensity of development, improve land use efficiency, and achieve sustainable development. The autonomous region shall establish and improve the land security mechanism for the industrial park. The industrial park land, sea and forest use plan quotas shall be allocated separately by the autonomous region. The supplementary quotas of cultivated land and wetland in the industrial park shall be ensured by the autonomous region as a whole.
