Abstract
These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products, aiming to ensure food safety and public health and life safety.
The Regulations consist of 7 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Food Safety Risk Monitoring and Assessment and Food Safety Standards (II); Food Production and Trade (IV); Food Inspection (IV); Food Safety Supervision and Administration (V); Legal Liabilities (VI); Supplementary Provisions (VII).
Chapter III Food Production and Trade make provisions for: food production and operation process control; online food business; sale of edible agricultural products; etc.
