Regulations of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on Promoting the All-round Construction of a Model Autonomous Region.

These Regulations are formulated to blaze a new path in Chinese-style modernization, and promote the all-round construction of the model autonomous region.
Comprehensively building a model autonomous region should adhere to the principle of balancing development and security, and contribute to maintaining national ecological security, energy security, food security, industrial security, and border security; adhere to the orientation of ecological priority and green development, accelerate the construction of important national energy and strategic resource bases, important national agricultural and livestock product production bases, and important bridgeheads for the country's opening to the north, and consolidate the economic foundation for promoting Chinese-style modernization. The people's governments at or above the county level should improve and perfect the social security system, ensure the expansion of insurance coverage, implement employment priority policies, improve entrepreneurship policies and employment support policies for key groups.
