Regulations of Jiangsu Province on the Promotion of Digital Economy.

These Regulations are formulated in order to promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy, promote the orderly flow of data elements in accordance with the law, ensure data security, build a strong digital economy province, and promote high-quality economic development.
The Regulations consist of 9 Chapters: 1. General Provisions; 2. Digital Technology Innovation; 3. Digital Infrastructure Construction; 4. Digital Industrialization; 5. Industry Digitalization; 6 Digitalization of Governance and Services; 7. Data Utilization and Protection; 8. Guarantee and Supervision; 9. Supplementary Provisions.
The provincial people's government and relevant departments should strengthen foreign exchanges and cooperation in the field of digital economy and build an open system of digital economy when participating in the construction of the "the Belt and Road" and other foreign cooperation. Local people's governments at or above the county level and agricultural and rural departments should promote agricultural digitalization, accelerate the application of digital technologies in planting, animal husbandry, fishery, seed industry, agricultural product processing industry and other fields, promote the application of intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment, and strengthen the construction of big data in agriculture and rural areas.
