Regulations on the Management of Forest and Wildlife Type Nature Reserves in Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture.

These Provisions are enacted to strengthen the administration of Forest and Wildlife Type Nature Reserves. The Provisions contain 28 Articles.
For the establishment of nature reserves, approval shall be obtained according to the provisions of the state and Yunan province. In the nature reserves, animal and plant resources, underground minerals and the natural environment, must be strictly protected, The Regulations further provide for the measures to be taken for supervision and inspection, offences and penalties.
