Abstract
The purpose of these Regulations is to strengthen the protection of electric power facilities, to ensure the smooth electric power supply and maintain public safety.
The Text is divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Electric Power Planning and Construction (II); Electric Power Facility Protection Scope and Protection Zones (III); Electric Power Facility Protection Measures (IV); Legal Responsibilities (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
People's governments at or above the county level shall incorporate the construction of urban and rural power grids into the overall planning of urban and rural construction. Electric facilities shall be under the protection of the State. Any entity or individual is obliged to protect the electric facilities.
