Regulations of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on the management of underground pipelines in cities and towns.

The purpose of these Regulations is to strengthen the management of underground pipelines in cities and towns, ensure the orderly construction and safe operation of underground pipelines in cities and towns. The Regulations consist of 8 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Planning and Management (II); Pipeline Construction(III); Utility Tunnel (IV); Operation and Maintenance (V); Information Management (VI); Legal Responsibility (VII); Supplementary Provisions (VIII).
The urban underground pipelines include underground pipelines for water, drainage, gas, heat, electricity, communications,etc.
