Regulations of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on the Prevention and Control of Emission Pollution caused by Motor Vehicles and Non-road Mobile Machinery.

These Regulations are formulated to prevent and control emissions pollution caused by motor vehicles and non-road mobile machinery, protect and improve the atmospheric environment, safeguard public health, and promote sustainable economic and social development. The non-road mobile machinery referred to in these Regulations means mobile machinery equipped with engines and transportable industrial equipment, including engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, forestry machinery, fishing machinery, water pumps, etc.
The people's governments at or above the county level shall encourage and support the production, sales, purchase, and use of energy-saving and environmentally friendly and new energy motor vehicles, as well as non-road mobile machinery. For those who use fiscal funds to purchase motor vehicles and non road mobile machinery, priority should be given to selecting new energy motor vehicles and non road mobile machinery. Motor vehicles and non-road mobile machinery shall not emit air pollutants exceeding standards.
