Regulations on the Protection of Meteorological Facilities and Meteorological Detection Environment.

These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Meteorological Law of the People's Republic of China, aiming to protect meteorological facilities and the meteorological detection environment, ensure the representativeness, accuracy, continuity, and comparability of meteorological detection information.
All entities or individuals have the obligation to protect meteorological facilities and the meteorological observation environment. The protection of the detection environment for high-altitude meteorological observation stations, weather radar stations, meteorological satellite ground stations, regional meteorological observation stations, and separately established meteorological detection facilities shall strictly comply with the protection scope and requirements stipulated by the state.
