Abstract
These Provisions are enacted to strengthen the qualification management of operators of civil nuclear facilities. The Povisions consist of 45 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General provisions; Application and Issuance; Training and Assessment; Supervision and Management; Penalties; Supplementary Provisions.
