These Rules aim to help establish a system to ensure that abnormalities in automated monitoring data are promptly reported to each ecology and environment department in charge.
The Rules apply to pollutant discharge units that should install, use, and maintain automatic monitoring equipment for pollutant discharge according to law, and be connected to the monitoring equipment of the competent department of ecological environment.
