These Rules are enacted to regulate the slaughtering quarantine of live pigs in the territory of the People's Republic of China.
The Rules make provisions for quarantine objects, slaughterhouse (factory, point) entry supervision and inspection, quarantine declaration, pre-slaughter inspection, simultaneous quarantine, quarantine results processing and quarantine records, etc.
