These Standards apply to the sales vouchers issued and retained by food and food additive producers, as well as business operators engaged in wholesale business, within the administrative region of Sichuan Province, when selling food and food additives to other food producers and business operators. Food producers and business operators purchasing food and food additives should request and retain sales vouchers that meet the requirements of these Standards to ensure traceability of food and food additives.
