Special Management Measures for Central Budgetary Investment in Storage Facilities for Grain and Other Important Agricultural Products.

These Measures are formulated to standardize the special management of investment within the central budget for storage facilities for grain and other important agricultural products and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of investment.
The investment shll be arranged within the central budget for storage facilities for grain, cotton, sugar and other important agricultural products, based on the needs of implementation of major strategies such as national food security and rural revitalization, as well as the market regulation and emergency support needs of important agricultural products. The Measures consist of 32 Articles divided into 8 Chapters: General provisions; Support scope; Subsidy standards; Investment plan review; Investment plan preparation and issuance; Project Management; Supervision and inspection; Supplementary provisions.
