These Measures are formulated to regulate the special management of central budgetary investment in the construction of urban and rural cold chains and national logistics hubs, and improve investment efficiency and efficiency. The Measures consist of 21 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General provisions; Support scope and subsidy standards; Project application review and plan issuance; Project management and supervision and inspection; Supplementary provisions.
