Technical guidelines for control of flow reduction downstream of small hydropower stations.

These Technical Guidelines are formulated to standardize the technical work in the design, construction, operation and management of prevention and control measures for water reduction and dewatering in the downstream river of small hydropower stations. The Technical Guidelines are applicable to the prevention and control of dewatering in the downstream tunnels of hydropower station with single installed capacity of 50MW or less.
