Technical Guidelines for Eco-environmental Impact Analysis of Economic and Technical Policies (for Trial Implementation).

These Guidelines, formulated in accordance with the Environmental Protection Law, are mainly applicable to the relevant departments of the State Council and the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government to fully consider the impact on the ecological environment and carry out the analysis of the impact of policies on the ecological environment in the process of organizing and formulating economic and technological policies such as sectoral and major productivity distribution policies, regional development policies, tax and subsidy policies, price policies and trade policies.
