Technical Specification for Prevention and Control of Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD）.

This Specification is formulated in accordance with the Animal Epidemic Prevention Law, the Regulations on Sudden and Major Animal Epidemic Emergencies, and the National Emergency Response Plan for Major Animal Epidemics, aiming to prevent, control and extinguish foot-and-mouth disease.
The Specification stipulates the operational procedures, technical standards and safeguards for the confirmation, disposal, monitoring, immunization and quarantine supervision of foot-and-mouth disease.
