Abstract
This Technical Specification is formulated in accordance with the requirements of Article 11 of the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China. The Technical Specification sets up steps and technical requirements of soil monitoring, including: points arrangement, sample collection, sample treatment, sample determination, environmental quality assessment, and quality assurance.
