Abstract
These Regulations are formulated in order to promote the development of the digital economy, accelerate the construction of a modern economic system, enhance core competitiveness, promote high-quality development, and advance the modernization of provincial governance, this regulation is formulated in accordance with relevant laws and administrative regulations, combined with the actual situation of the province. The Regulations apply to the promotion of digital economy development, as well as the construction of digital government and digital society within the administrative region of Zhejiang province.
The Regulations consist of 9 Chapters: 1. General Provisions; 2. Digital Infrastructure; 3. Data Resources; 4. Digital Industrialization; 5. Industry Digitalization; 6 Governance Digitalization; 7. Incentives and Guarantee Measures; 8. Legal Liability; 9. Supplementary Provisions.
The people's governments at or above the county level and their relevant departments shall promote the application of agricultural Internet of Things through demonstration, technical guidance, policy support, and other means, accelerate the construction of big data infrastructure and application platforms in the fields of agricultural production, agricultural product processing, and agricultural product circulation, increase support for the construction of rural warehousing, logistics, and cold chain facilities, and improve the level of digital, networked, and intelligent transformation and application in agriculture and rural areas.
