Abstract
This Decree implements the Agreement (signed in Havana on 26 September 2003) between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Cuba undertaking close cooperation in matters regarding fisheries and aquaculture. The Memorandum of understanding, included in the text, specifies terms and conditions to perform the above mentioned activities, in particular regarding cooperation on: crustacean fishing, artisanal fishing and inland aquaculture.
