Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes a financial exemption with regard to tax to be paid for maritime and fisheries transport. It consists of 9 articles concerning a tax exemption (custom and ordinary tax) for imports, repairs and construction of sport and professional fishing vessels and other material related to these sectors.
