Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 12 articles, creates and establishes norms for organization, competencies and functioning of Rural, Environmental and Fisheries Development Delegations. It establishes composition, competence and duties of the above mentioned Delegations under the Ministries of: Rural Development (MDR), Environment, Housing and Territorial Planning (MAHOT) and Maritime Infrastructures and Economy (MIEM), which are entitled to perform related activities within the respective competencies.
