Abstract
This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No. 1/2011 on the Promotion, Encouragement, Access, Licensing and Operation of the Activity of Independent Production and Self-Production of Electricity Based on Renewable Energy Sources. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings related to the above mentioned sector. The exercise of the activity under the general regime requires a licence to be granted by the Directorate-General for Energy, after consulting the Economic Regulation Agency.
