Abstract
This Decree-Law approves the Statute for National Road standards. The Statute, consisting of 7 Chapters, aims at regulating any activity related to National roads domain. It establishes the administrative and legal regime for use, building, occupation and transformation of territory for road infrastructures and facilities, according to Decree-Law No. 26/2006 on National Road Plan. The Regulation specifies licence requirements, approvals and authorizations to be submitted to the competent authority.
