Abstract
This Decree-Law approves the Regulation entitling National authorities on matters related to maritime safety. This Regulation, consisting of 20 articles, implements the Chapter XI-2 of the amendments to the International Convention SOLAS’74 establishing safety of life at sea, signed in 1974, and implemented by Decree No. 5/ 2004.
